Our Policy

Important! Currently we deliver and setup products in the Little Rock AR metro area only. We are working hard to extend our customer reach area as soon as possible. If you find that you are located outside our service area, please call us to arrange for delivery and installation service.

What we provide to our customers

To provide our customers with the highest quality customer service and equipment installation, we do not ship purchased equipment outside our local stores area. All products must be pickup at our local store location or deliver by our representative to your home or place of business.  Our registered* customers have the ability to browse our local stores full inventory in the safety of their home or office, place the order and schedule pickup or delivery to their location. We offer free delivery by our representative (requires scheduling)  or same day pickup at our local store. (Free local delivery requires $ 100.00 minimum purchase.)

Installation Warranty 

All InstallAV installation services carry LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

InstallAV will provide you with a 1-year limited warranty on all labor included with the installation services. InstallAV will correct defects in the workmanship of the installation service if reported to InstallAV in writing within 1-year of the date the installation services were performed. This limited warranty does not include any warranty on the products installed by InstallAV or any related parts or equipment. 

The manufacturer of the products installed by InstallAV is solely responsible for all warranties if any related to such products. This warranty for the installation services shall not apply in if your inability to use the products, or your less than satisfactory use of the products, is due to:

(a) failure of the product;

(b) power problems, environmental problems, weather related, "acts of god" or any cause other than the InstallAV installation service;

(c) modification of the product or the provision of installation by any party other than InstallAV;

(d) your misuse, errors or negligence in operating the product.

InstallAV shall not be obligated to cure any defects in installations unless you notify InstallAV in writing (email, official letter etc.*) of the existence and nature of such defect promptly upon discovery.

Privacy

Install AV does not share any of your information unless it is required to complete the transaction. Your privacy and security is priority. When you place an order, your transaction is safe and secure.

Return Policy

Please contact us for return authorization. Any buyer’s remorse returns, the customer will pay for the shipping to return item(s) to warehouse. All returns must be in original condition as it was received. Our customers have 10 business days after receiving merchandise to notify InstallAV of any intent of return.
